Allow us to introduce ourselves ~ We're Adam, Buck, Jeff and Jim; The Culinary Cowboys™. The original concept for the Culinary Cowboys began with a guy’s night out on the town. Our goal was to chronicle an evening of good friends having fun. We brainstormed a brand, and because the Dining Diva’s was taken and a little whippy for a group of guys, we trotted out “The Culinary Cowboys.” Our dining experiences became the centerpiece for a food & social scene review in FolsomElDoradoHillsStyle Magazine. So, no offense to those who make it their business to review restaurants - but we found most of that stuff fairly high falutin'. We usually go to a few places, try to stick with a theme, and have fun telling you about it. Our Cowboy view point is simple. We really love eating out, and sharing the details with you, our reader. Our reviews usually center around people first, then food. Cowboys are all about the experience, so beyond grub; we review service, servers, atmosphere, number of beers refilled with a smile ~ and that ever elusive category... hospitality.
